Title:  Healing from Civil War: Bringing the enemy sides together in Burundi

Talk by Florence Ntakarutimana

How can a country heal after twelve years of civil war, which killed 3% of the 
population? How can another greater round of violence be avoided?

Florence Ntakarutimana will talk about grassroots efforts to move towards a 
peaceful future in which desires for revenge are turned into reconciliation. 
Florence is the program coordinator of Healing and Rebuilding Our Community in 
Burundi.
