This will the sentencing hearing for the two wrongful misdemeanor
convictions of Brian Chesley. The Kirchner Law Office will likely be filing
motions for a new trial which will be for Judge Kennedy to decide. We will
find out where the Rietz administration truely stands on this case when
Prosecutor Richard Scales will recommend a sentence for Brian Chesley before
Kennedy passes sentence.
