Slouchily, I have not yet googled solar-powered rickshaws, and I know they're out there. And for people interested in widely owning and sharing out a vehicle, that would be the way to go: hardly any upkeep, no fuel costs. Still, it would be good to tell the multitudes of rich people you know about the car in this Sierra Club letter.--sarah wiseman
