In case your spam filters, like mine, stripped out the .doc.pdf file
from the Kruses' note about next week's Cunningham Township meeting,
here's the text of it:

THE TIME IS NOW! WILL YOU JOIN THIS GRASSROOTS EFFORT?

It’s time the citizens of Urbana had the opportunity to implement a
voting method that guarantees a majority winner. It’s time for Instant
Runoff Voting. To place the necessary advisory question on the ballot,
it takes a simple majority of those attending next Tuesday’s Town
Meeting. If you believe the public should have the opportunity to vote
on Instant Runoff Voting *your attendance is absolutely critical*.

*Come ten minutes early and bring a form of identification such as
your driver’s license*. People will be required to prove residency
in Cunningham Township. Please encourage your neighbors and friends
to attend.

Help eliminate the accusation of the “wasted vote" and the "spoiler
candidate". It will only take a few minutes of your time and greatly
help expand direct participatory democracy in our community. Let the
"Voice of the People" be heard!.
