If you'll be going to Washington, DC at Inauguration time,
there's a News-Gazette reporter, Melissa Merli, who'd like
to talk with you -- both here in C-U and there in DC!

Melissa Merli's N-G office phone is 351-5367, or you can
write her electronically via their web site:
    http://www.news-gazette.com/news/reporter/mmerli/

She's being sent to cover the inauguration, and to find
out what people hope and expect from the Obama administration,
and things like that. So tell her!

She's normally their arts reporter. Sounded happy to be on this beat.

She'll be in her office for a few more days before she heads east.

Ms. Merli also came to watch at least one AWARE on the Air recording session.

I told her about the
   washingtonpeacecenter.net
people who are making thousands of signs, saying,
"I hope for _________", and will have them ready for
the people who show up for the inauguration.

cheers

   Stuart
