[Peace] GEO picket scheduling

Fellow AWARE-istas:

If you are planning to picket tomorrow (or another day) with the GEO, they ask that you email them (Mukta Tripathy <muktatripathy at gmail.com>) the time you are planning to come and for how long.  They are trying to avoid gaps in the line and may schedule you at a certain place.
