Today is the International Day of Peace (Tuesday, September 21, 2010)
How are you going to celebrate?

There are three events this evening. Two overlap, but if you attend
the brain storming meeting at 5pm  you can still make one of the other
events as well!

brain-storming meeting for future public educational sessions for peace.

at the Mennonite Church, 902 West Springfield Avenue, Urbana Illinois
Organizers: Urbana-Champaign Peace Initiative

6:30pm
Haikus for Peace event
at the Church of the Brethren
1210 N. Neil St, Champaign, Illinois (just North of Bradley Avenue)
(event is sponsored by the Mennonites and the Church of the Brethren)

7pm
Candlelight Vigil for the International Day of Peace
Location: near the Alma Mater on campus (Green St. and Wright St.)
