[Peace] Mediation Training Workshop

Prairie Land Conflict Mediation Center will be offering its annual 40 hour
mediation certification training beginning Friday March 18, 8a.m. at our
office.  Professor Tom Duncanson from Millikin University will once again
offer this course on mediation skill building. This course will provide
important and useful information for individuals facing conflict in one’s
personal lives as well as professionally in the workplace.  This course
meets Illinois state certification for becoming a mediator.  Upon successful
completion of this course, new mediators are invited to volunteer for our
center as we work to serve our community.

Course dates are: Friday March 18 and Saturday March 19, 8a.m.-5p.m. and
Sunday March 20, 1p.m.-5p.m.  Friday April 1 and Saturday 2, 8a.m.-5p.m. and
Sunday April 3, 1p.m.-5p.m.  Attendance is mandatory for all dates.  The
course fee is $525.00; please be advised that there are limited scholarship
