[Peace] announcement: a financial decision will be made at the next AWARE meeting / RE: ICJPE dues

AWARE's policy is that we decide on financial suggestions the week
after a suggestion is made:
At the last AWARE meeting, there was a financial suggestion:
* It is time to pay Annual dues to Illinois Coalition for Justice,
Peace, and the Environment. The dues for a group of AWARE's size are
$25, but [SL] suggested $50. All who spoke, spoke in favor of this.
* This will come up for final approval at the next meeting, Sunday,
January 16, 2011.
