[Peace] [Announce] HRC/CPRB meeting tonight 5:30

There is a combined meeting between the Human Relations. Comm. and the
Citizen Police Review Board in Urbana is tonight at 5:30 to hear, and
hopefully discuss the study that Urbana commissioned to counter the
impression created by IDOT stats on racial profiling.
It's at City Hall in Urbana, 400 S. Vine St.  You can park for free in the
Lincoln Sq mall parking lot.
