[Peace] Cunningham Township / location: Urbana Civic Center

The location for the Cunningham Township meeting is NOT the city building
but IS the Civic Center. This is first hand knowledge handed down and has
not been published anywhere, so I really do not  know how they expect
people to know. BUT THIS IS CORRECT INFORMATION:
