This is part of the campaign against the plan to spend $20 million on
new jail cells. There are alternatives. There are better ways to spend
tax money. These panel speakers will spell out the alternatives:
* Rev. Zernial Bogan of Black Chamber of Commerce,
* Diana Zell of National Alliance on Mental Illness,
* Diane Lenik of ACLU, a rep from the Immiegration Forum and
* James Kilgore of Citizens with Conviction.
