2 SEIU Rallies to Save the Holidays

UIUC Physical Plant, Kirby and Oak St.
7:15am until 8:15am; 4:15pm until 5:15pm

Rally with SEIU Building and Food Service Workers facing relentless
attacks from a bloated UI Administration bent on nickel-and-diming all
of us to death! They want to take away Christmas Day as a holiday;
they're docking pay and firing stewards for participating in union
negotiations; they're raising tuition every year and breaking records
with donations every year, and administrators salaries are going up
10%, 20% or more! But if the lowest paid workers ask for more...
"MORE? You want MORE?" It's like Oliver Twist, as if nobody had ever
asked for more before (which is untrue, but they want us to believe a
lot of things).
