The transition from winter/spring into spring/summer seems to all be
happening this weekend*.

So it is important to make space for the CHANGE THAT MUST HAPPEN: the
U.S. needs to change its foreign policy.

* Urbana's Farmers' Market opens, there are plant sales, and final
exams at the University, no more classes, but loads of grading.
