[Peace] radio tower standing tall, but needs workers and a suggestion

Hi Peace,

The new radio tower for WRFU is standing tall as of Tuesday
(yesterday). Volunteers are now needed for getting it working.

One issue that has come up is that the city would like a city
certified electrician to oversee the electrical stuff. Any
suggestions?
