[Peace] 5:30 *tonight*: jail planning (?) presentations before County Board

Tonight, Tuesday, at an unusually early 5:30PM,
at Brookens Administrative Center - County Board chambers:

presentations by architects/engineers before the County Board of the 
Sheriff's Operations Master Planning - presumably they're planning for 
jail construction proposals.   Note that the agenda includes 
"announcement of top ranked firm", as if it's already decided.

I don't know what the scope of these proposals might be.   And heard 
that as of a few days ago, the Board had not seen them either.

It looks like a long evening - four one-hour vendor presentations plus 
discussion - but may be worth having an eye on.
