[Peace] housing for writer/student of SD--$500 per month

Hi friends, 

We are looking for a room for an out-of-town participant in the october/november session of SDaS. He is a writer, and needs a quiet & simple set-up: bed, lamp, desk (we can supply the desk). He is willing to pay $500 per month for october and november. 

Does anyone have such a room to offer?
