[Peace] URGENT: Effingham vote on Local Empowerment Zone

Effingham County will be considering a Ruiner Empowerment Zone (local right to work zone) at 4 pm on April 20.
Good friend & IEA staffer Mark Michaels is trying to organize resistance to the Nazis, people to go to meeting.....
Mark says he does not know of the existence of an Effingham Co AFL-CIO Local Labor Council, but is working with a Mt Vernon Labor Council. 
Can anyone help?  Connections to progressives in the area?
