*Overcriminalized*
**
A very short documentary about three innovative community-police
programs that are less expensive and may actually change lives. Stay for
a discussion about how the issues of mental illness, homelessness, and
substance abuse can be addressed in the nation, in Illinois, and in our
own communities. It's time to roll back mass incarceration and focus on
what works.

PANEL:
Brian Jefferson, UIUC
George Vargas, Office of the Public Defender
Sheila Ferguson, Community Elements
Ed Yohnka, Illinois ACLU
