[Peace] anyone have a bedroom to sublet for August and September?

Hi friends---I have a friend who wants to stay in town for August and
September in order to finish the book he's writing. We're looking for a one
bedroom in someone's house/apartment in Urbana or Champaign on the first
floor, with airconditioning and WIFI. He is very quiet, with a fine sense
of humor; he also has some mobiity issues, but can figure them out by
himself.

He probably can pay up to $600 per month, but would prefer to pay less.

Would anyone know of some place?
