Hi Brian

I received it from the CU Immigration Forum. I just now received notice from Prof. Boyle, that only Urbana is a City of Refuge, and should still be on the books, they lost Champaign.

According to Professor Francis Boyle “Champaign Urbana is a Sanctuary of Refuge," and should remain so, he did the legal work.
