The U.S. House Rules Committee meets at 3 pm Eastern today to consider
amendments to the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act).

Please call and ask the Rules Committee members to approve the
bipartisan Amash amendment (#227)  to the NDAA, blocking funds used to
transfer or authorize transfer of cluster munitions to Saudi Arabia.
