Some people have already taken the following workshop with Joe Minarik presented it on February 13th at the YMCA on campus.  Others asked for a repeat.  Here is the date!  Please spread the word and get in touch with Amarin Young (email in the flyer) to reserve a space or ask for a future date.

Amarin will facilitate this very good interactive workshop with very helpful approaches for many situations.
