[Peace] We won our ballot access lawsuit!

I'm not seeing any news articles on this yet. If I'm reading this right,
this seems like huge news, and a big success for minor parties in Illinois.
Any further details or write-ups on the ramifications of this decision? How
long will it take independent parties to start fielding candidates?
