I was just at the Urbana Free Library this past weekend, and we should
probably think about posting their children's/family activities, too.
HOWEVER - I am a little annoyed that both libraries offer programs ONLY
during the weekdays. I certainly understand that parents who are home
during the week, and daycares as well, benefit from having weekday programs.
However, both my husband and I work during the week, and we're always
looking for family-friendly low-cost (or free) events to enjoy with our
children on weekends. Does anyone know who we can contact to encourage both
libraries to offer these kinds of programs on weekends, too?
Anne
