THIS JUST IN!

we have 40+ gallons of fresh pressed local apple cider which will be 
delivered on saturday!! it is being graciously donated by a community 
member. you can't get better stuff, folks. hot apple cider! you 
are in for a treat. YUM!!!!!

we also made like 75 # of baked tofu tonight. zoe, stuart and I rocked the 
tofu for hours. whew!

soymilk, cereal, and bananas arrive tomorrow courtesy antioch folks!!

it will be good eatin' this weekend.
