That is so freaking awesome. Do you know if they will be available to work 
prior to the event (to help with planning) or the weekend of, or both?

I need folks right now to help continue to solicit food donations. 
Lynsee has done an amazing job contacting lots of stores around town. We 
need to follow up with some; others we still need to contact. Some have 
pledged donations that we need to pick up and/or finalize arrangements 
for picking up the weekend of. I have a list.

On the weekend of, I will need a TON of help preparing food, transporting 
it to the IMC, serving and cleaning up afterward.
