All we need for the library is the flat roof mount antenna and cinder blocks 
(same for the city roof).  The other main thing that needs to happen for the 
library is that the electricity has to be run for the indoor wireless routers 
and the ethernet needs to be dropped from the penthouse to the second floor 
(Fred knows what this means).  Might be good to drop him a line about this.
