Hey Dan and Claire,

I am interested in helping the fundraising committe by provide resources
(human, facilities, etc.) as much as I can.

This year (and myabe longer) I am serving as the Illini Union Board (IUB)
Coordinator for Enriching Programs.  Fancy titles aside, the IUB (
http://www.iuboard.uiuc.edu) basically plans and controls the student
programs (with a focus on alcohol-free options) and the use of all student
programming money.  This weekend the board and extended committee members
(30 or so) had their orientation retreat in which I was able to meet all the
students respobsilbe for these activities.  I met at least 3 who saw
specific ways in which to connect different student groups to the IMC and
WRFU.

Though I am very busy this semester, as a combination of work, school, the
IUB, and a few other things), I am still very much interested in seeing the
WRFU grow and would like to extend the resources when I can to that end.
This semester I also 2 of my best friends working alongside me this year,
and they're 2 good creative and capable guys who have seen the IMC and are
excited.

I think with the right combined effort this effort bigger and more organized
things can happen more often.  I'm up to help if I can.
