[Trees-legal] Help trimming trees

    Hello,

        My neighbor's walnut tree overhangs my home and has
caused
    considerable roof and indoor ceiling damage with it's
droppings
    into my gutters, causing ice dams, backup under the
shingles
    and leakage into the house.  He refuses to trim the dead
branches
    over my house.  What is Illinois law on who is
responsible?  Thanks.
