a composition made by manipulating a Hubble
space telescope <http://hubblesite.org/> picture, manipulating a sample of
Francesca <http://8dio.com/?btp_product=forgotten-voices-francesca> from
8Dio and creating a new tuning that is 256 harmonics of every odd harmonic
from 3 <http://micro.soonlabel.com/audiopaint-music/256-odd-harmonics.scl>without
reducing to an octave and combining all of this in
AudioPaint <http://www.nicolasfournel.com/audiopaint.htm> with some
normalization on the back end. The resulting piece is very odd (and has a
large dynamic range so turn it up). The closest reference I can give you is
Pink Floyd’s “Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a
Cave and Grooving With a Pict” without the Scottish accented monolog.
