Hey guys,
For those of you who couldn't make it to last thursday's 
meeting here are some hilights of what we talked about....
1. If there are more than 4 people signed up for the shift 
ALL extra people need to be flyering....last drive I had 8 
people sign up for a shift and no one was flyering and I 
purposely put no chalk upstairs...plus this is the SECOND 
most important job

2. Please don't throw away the flyers...if you don't want to 
hand them out then just don't take them...its a huge waste 
of paper if people throw them away

3. You don't have to flyer the whole time...flyer for half 
an hour and then switch with someone who is inside...and 
make sure you are being flexible...if you are inside be nice 
and switch when someone asks. :)

4. I do come and check randomly so guys don't lie about the 
times you sign in and sign out

5. start putting what you did on your shift on then signin 
sheet so I know when certain things aren't being done

6. I will be putting a manilla envelope on the door with 
overheads about the drive on monday...if you are interested 
in getting PR hours sign out an overhead sheet and let me 
know what lecture(s) you are putting it up in (before class) 
and I will give you credit....if you only plan to do it for 
a few classes and no longer need the sheet then make sure to 
bring it back and put it in the envelope so someone else can 
use it...if you have any questions about this email me.

7. As always I really do appreciate the help you guys are 
putting in...the numbers of the last drive were awesome...we 
hit about 80-100 people each day and got between 60-80 
donations each day. Compared to last year this is superb, 
especially since our target was 40 units a day. Keep up the 
good work.
