 Dear Erin –



The College of Engineering will be putting on a “holiday tea” for our young
faculty members, deans, and their families.  We did this last year, and a
large part of the event’s success was due to Volunteer Illini Project
volunteers coming to help us with daycare duty.  We intend on having
activities for younger children, like decorating sugar cookies, having books
read to them, etc.  We would love it if some of your volunteers could help
us with this event again!


The tea will take place on Friday, December 4th from 4-6pm in Engineering
Hall.  I am not sure how many children will be attending yet, but perhaps
having 3-4 volunteers would be good?  Maybe you know how many helped out
last year (I was not here at that time).
