[Vip-recreation] volunteers needed for fun fest!

LATE REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS FRIDAY MARCH 3RD!

Event:  Westview Elementary Fun Fest 
Where:  Westview Elementary 
        703 East Russell 
When:   THIS Friday, March 3rd.  
        Volunteers should arrive @ 5pm
        (dinner provided)
        Games will run from 6-8pm
What:  Each classroom will have a carnival game (face        
painting, ring toss, can knock down, cake walk etc) that 
several members from your group will run.  Kids and their 
parents go to each classroom and give tickets to participate 
and win small prizes.  We will also have a silent auction 
going on in the gym for adults to bid on items
