For those in the east central Illinois listening area -- I am going to be on 
WILL 580AM, The Afternoon Magazine, today (Friday) at 2:40PM -- for about 12 
minutes.  Tune in to hear a little banter between myself and host Celeste 
Quinn about "Losing Weight - Diet or Lifestyle Change."

Due to feedback regarding The Reasonable Diet meetings and groups -- I am 
changing the pricing structure and allowing folks to make a shorter time 
commitment, have "missed weeks" that they don't have to pay for, and 
possibly pay by the week.  I'll be announcing the details on Monday, when I 
have all the particulars ironed out and have it posted on my webpage.  I'll 
check back in with you then.
