Quad Day just around the corner (Sunday, August 23), the Illini Union ReSOurce
Center (your full-service copy center at the Illini Union) is proud to offer a
Quad Day special EXCLUSIVELY for registered Quad Day organizations.

offer is limited only to registered Quad Day participants with a maximum
discount per organization on up to 1,000 handbills/flyers. 
(Sustainability note – while there are thousands of Quad Day attendees,
organizations tend to give away less than 1,000 copies of their flyers.)

 

 Registered
Quad Day participants may only receive this special on jobs received at The
ReSOurce Center (Illini Union 2nd floor – quad side) before Noon (12PM)
on Thursday, August 20, 2009.  Any additional requested handbills (beyond
1,000) will be charged regular rates for copying.  Any jobs submitted
after Noon (12PM) on Thursday, August 20, 2009 will be charged at standard copy
rates and may not be accepted based on the number of jobs waiting to be
produced for Quad Day already.

 

 The
ReSOurce Center
will accept handbill jobs sent by email for University of Illinois
  Registered Organizations and Departments. 
Handbill jobs may be emailed to iurso at illinois.edu.  These jobs will be
accepted ONLY if they include your organization name, contact name, phone
number, email, specific instructions for the copy job (number of handbills,
color of paper, color of ink) and also your Registered Organization Account
Number (only available to Treasurers of the organization) or Department FOAPAL
Account.  

 

 **Please
note, the only acceptable files that may be emailed must be high resolution pdf
or jpeg files – no other formats will be accepted.  Please convert
before you send!  We will not accept any Microsoft Office formats.**
