[Community] follow up from Wed. meeting

Wed. 10/28 we decided on several tech action items. This is a basic update
on those.

- Set up Community Connections group "backpage" site for online group
colaboration
* status: done, in the process of adding everyone on this list to the site.
you should receive an invite email

- Begin updating Skillshare webpage
* I asked Josh about adding a signup/request/rsvp form. May have an update
by next week.

- gather descriptions of the recently altered listservs, draft them into an
email to each list explaining the changes.
* list descriptions are below. We agreed to use these as a beginning point
for drafting emails:

working group spokes and other members who are actively involved at the
UCIMC. This list is for discussion of the operation of the Urbana-Champaign
Independent Media Center.

the community or other groups and individuals interested in the UCIMC.
Questions, comments, and inquiries from non-members will be routed to the
appropriate working group or UCIMC member who will respond.
