Hi Carol-

FYI I didn't see all workgroups cc'd on your email, but I think you wanted to reach them all?
We've found it helpful to follow-up emailing the workgroup- I know this is a pain, but as we slowly and steadily get to a more function IMC (which I think we're on the way to), it's good to know.

I'll be out of town at that time. I'm cc'ing the community workgroup to see if someone else might be available, since I don't think they were on your initial email.

Good morning All,

I am completing the schedule for new member orientation for the week of August 23 - 26.  I would like for each working group to participate in introducing the new members to the work of your group.  If someone from your group can be available between 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. to talk about the services provided from your group, please select a time and forward it to me.  Next weeks schedule is open and I'd like to fill it with our working group availability first and then set the rest of the Americorps training items.
