[Community] [IMC] Tenant Key use

Beth,

There are specific tenants that have usage of the main space written into
their tenant lease but this is not currently one of them. Oddmusic initially
did have main space usage (once per month for 6 months or so) but that has
long expired and Jacob and Andrew are aware of this.

We do provide keys to tenants to get into the building to access their
studio(s) so by default they can enter the main space with the same key.
