[Cprb] letter and some questions

Likewise, the filenames of these three files somehow got changed.  They
should be CoverLet.rtf, ResoGrp.rtf, and ResoIndv.rtf.  Again, you'll be
able to tell which is which when you open the files, and I hope you'll
rename them for clarity and for your own sanity.
