[CPRB] CPRB meeting location change

Hey folks,

Carol Ammons is giving a statement about the sherriff's 
office to the County Board Meeting tomorrow and I thought it 
was probably a very important meeting to go to.

So let's meet at about 6:40 outside the County Board meeting 
room at the Brookens Administration Center (on Washington in 
East Urbana) to have a quick meeting and then go support 
Carol at the County Board meeting!

Plus, I wanted to add that we got $160 in the mail so far!  
That means we have ~ $300!
