[CPRB] Forum update (possible date change)

Hey CPRB folks,

So I called Chris Foster at UPTV today.

The council chambers are not available on Feb. 10, but are 
available on Feb. 3 or 8th.  I think the 8th would probably 
be our best bet.  Any thoughts?  The 3rd is a county board 
meeting date.

Also, to get the chambers...
I am going to sign up CPRB at UPTV
I then have to pay a $50 deposit fee to use the space.

Taping is $35 for the first hour and $20 for each additional 
hour.  It can be live or taped and played later.

What do you all think?
