I'll bring Iowa City's latest cprb ordinance, but if
you want to see it before then, it's online at
www.icgov.org.  Just choose "City Code" from the main
menu, then in the sidebar look up "Title 8", then
"Chapter 8".  It's all there.

Also, I finally got hold of their current chair Lauren
Horton, and he answered the Mayor's questions...
