Tell that dummy Dave that he put only one bpf device file in /dev so that
tcpdump won't work unless you su to root and create a second device using
mknod c 23 1 /dev/bpf1
Also, if you have enabled RTS/CTS, make sure to give tcpdump the -p option
to turn off promiscuous mode. Historically we have had problems when we've
put the interface into promiscuous mode concurrently with using RTS/CTS.
