Dan,
If it's all the same to you, I prefer that the gateway on that network
remains at the IMC. Otherwise, we risk the library's node flip-flopping
between two gateways.
(Mike Earnhart is working on the gateways problem for Summer of Code,
but we will not have a solution in hand until the very end of the summer.)
