[CUWiN-Dev] upgrade -f considered dangerous

I just want to remind CUWiN staff and other developers, if you use upgrade
with -f, you risk turning a node into a paperweight.  The reason that this
is not desirable is that paperweights do not route or forward IP packets.
If you are using -f as a matter of course, you are doing something wrong.
Let us help you find another way.
