[Gghc-discuss] Initial Redmine Tasks Entered

The top 8 categories are tasks filed as "Support."

All other tasks are subtasks of those.  I chose to file them as
"Features" since we don't have anything yet I'd consider a bug.

We could drop these tracker categories altogether.  At least for now
it's easy to see the categories by filtering on "Support."

Feel free to change what I set up.
