[GRC] Sweetening the deal

The proposal I sent out last week was very close to what I emailed to
the GRC listserv. People are interested in knowing what else C-U can
offer culture-wise, something to sweeten the deal. Why do you think we
should have the GRC here. It's going to be a close call between us a
Kansas City. I want to know what you think.
