hi
my name is lee hunter. i work with a wym/trans collective in portland,
oregon called hysteria. we work on issues around sexual assualt.
primarily we do survior support in the form of: public call outs,
legal aid, financial support for counseling, taking surviors to the
grocery store or drs. appointments, a support group for surviors of
sexual assault, communicating with other groups of wym also doing this
kind of work and workshops.

i am part of the workshop crew. two of us developed a workshop on
consent, the cornerstone of healthy sex and i would like to do the
workshop in c-u. i grew up in c-u and always remember rape happening
frequently on the uiuc campus. i haven't lived in c-u for about five
years, but i will be there dec 23 - jan 3 and i would like to
facilitate this workshop while i'm in c-u.

i have been emailing zacharey at imc and may have a space worked out
on dec 28 at four pm. the workshop is about two hours long, so there'd
be time to go to the potluck after it was done. either that or on
monday the 27th at seven pm.

i was wondering if any of you could help me distribute fliers and do
any outreach? i can make the flyer and send a pdf of it as soon as the
day and time is confirmed. so it would just be photo copying and
footwork, but i would really appreciate it.

i just want to make sure more than one person shows up?
