the Illinois State CTC Consortium.

Congratulations to five NAMAC members for receiving CTCNet's Youth
Visions grants! CTCNet is pleased to announce the first class of
grantees for the Youth Visions for Stronger Neighborhoods (YVSN)
Grants program. Community TV Network, Lowell Telecommunications
Corporation / Youth Channel: Lowell, Media Bridges, Spy Hop
Productions / Youth Documentary Arts Program, Street-Level Youth
Media / Innovation Studio, River City Youth Foundation / Stronger
Youth = Stronger Neighborhoods, The Urban Alternatives Foundation /
Columbia Pike Multimedia Youth Project, and Southern Bronx Overall
Economic Development Corporation. Sponsored by the Corporation for
National Service's Learn and Serve America division, YVSN Grants are
designed to give youth and CTCs the opportunity to use multimedia
tools and training to engage in community decision-making to
